Can I keep using another form tool like Jotform or Cognito Forms with Votel?

Yes. You can use Votel forms or keep the forms you already have. If you or your client must use a specific form tool, keep it and send its submissions into Votel with a webhook: a workflow's Webhook trigger gives you a URL that receives the form data. It is usually easier to work with what the client already has and build around it.
